God Always Wants to Bless

We as believers are constantly in a tug of war. This tug of war is between the Lord and the blessings He wants to bring to us, and the enemy who wants to steal all those blessings and bring havoc into our lives.

In any movie or novel, there is always the main character. Then there are always 2 other characters: the Antagonist, or bad guy, who likes to bring problems our way. And then there is the Protagonist, who wants to do the opposite and bring good things or solutions to the problems.

Your spiritual life is like a novel or movie, in that you have a spiritual antagonist, Satan, and a spiritual protagonist, the Lord Jesus.

As a believer, the Lord wants us to walk in His abundant blessing. It says in John 10:10 that the thief does nothing but try to steal, kill and destroy. But Jesus came to give life in far greater measure.

There are 2 main parts to this book.

You will see some of the bad things that Satan tries to bring our way (Part 1). But also in Part 2, how the Lord Jesus counteracts it with blessing.
