Question: How do I download my Ebooks or MP3 audio files after purchasing them?

Answer: The download links for each time can be found in the invoice that is sent to you via email after the purchase is complete. You just need to click the title of the product in the invoice which is a link that takes you to the download page for that item.

Question: How do I download my ebooks or MP3s if I don’t have the invoice anymore or did not receive it?

Answer: You can find your invoices online by going to “My Account” and then “Orders/Invoices“. Make sure to be logged in or you will not be able to access the invoices online.

Question: How do I read my Ebooks?

Answer: Each ebook is available to download in 3 formats. PDF, ePub and Mobi. These are different files for viewing on different devices.

The PDF file can be read on any device that has a PDF Reader and is the most common version.

The ePub File can be read using any app on your mobile device that reads ePub files, or it can be read on a Nook reader.

The Mobi file is for Amazon Kindle and can be read using any device that has the Kindle App.

Question: How do I listen to my MP3 Audio files?

Answer: MP3 Audio files can be played on any device that supports MP3s, such as your Computer, iPhone, Android, or tablet device. They can also be put on a CD or a USB Stick for listening in the car or through any device that can handle these options.

Most devices will have an option to save the file, however it is up to you to figure out how you would put the MP3 on the device of your choice. We simply offer the link to the MP3 online for you to save/download it.
